Lessons are scheduled for the same day and time on a weekly basis (example: every Tuesday at 4PM), so your lesson slot is considered “yours” until changed.

If you cancel a lesson and wish to reschedule, Melissa will reschedule on a first come, first served basis and is not guaranteed . Please make every effort to give as much advanced notice as possible if you’re going to miss a lesson, that way everyone has a chance to reschedule. Every effort will be made to reschedule within the same month of the cancellation, however, like most types of lessons, ballet, yoga, dance classes, sports teams, etc., you are paying for your time slot whether or not you attend.

Cancelled or rescheduled lessons due to teacher illness, travel, or vacation are rare, and lessons will be rescheduled or credited toward next month’s payment. Any scheduling conflicts due to family illness or emergencies are settled easily and quickly, as I am very flexible and understanding. Please keep cancellations and rescheduling to a minimum. If you need a specific arrangement, we can usually work something out.
